Description
This 12oz jar squeezable jar has a convenient flip top lid. All of our honey is produced in Bloomington, Indiana in our hives. We extract the honey, running it through a sieve to remove to remove any wax but otherwise leave it completely unfiltered. Our honey is raw and unfiltered.
Our light honey comes from spring and early summer harvests. It typically has a mild and sweet flavor that makes it suitable for most uses. Our dark honey comes from late summer and fall harvests. It typically has robust, strong flavor that stands up well to baking, dark teas, and similar uses. Darker honey generally has a higher mineral content with more antioxidants than lighter honeys. Its strong flavor is loved by some and disliked by others.
