Description
Our light honey comes from spring and early summer harvests. It typically has a mild and sweet flavor that makes it suitable for most uses. All of our honey is produced in Bloomington, Indiana in our hives. We extract the honey, running it through a sieve to remove to remove any wax but otherwise leave it completely unfiltered. Our honey is raw and unfiltered.
