We’re a family of four that enjoys spending time outside, cooking, and reaping the rewards of a productive garden. Years ago, we planted a bunch of apple trees and decided that we might as well put in a small garden. Since then, we’ve added chickens, bees, and more garden space than we could have imagined when we first started out.
Our honey is raw and unfiltered, retaining the pollen that is naturally contains. We run it through a coarse sieve to remove any chunks of wax that would otherwise make their way into the honey as part of the extraction process.
Our products are home produced and processed and the production area has not been inspected by the State Department of Health.
